Vintage Haori Kyoto was born from the desire of two Japanese men to share our rich and beautiful culture with the world.

Japanese attire is simple and yet charming. It mixes both the traditional and modern.

This is what our culture embraces nowadays.

Haori can be worn on formal and casual occasions. This is the versatility of a piece of clothing designed to be comfortable and elegant.

Unfortunately, nowadays it is not a high percentage of the Japanese population wears Haori, as such as that many of them are discarded yearly.
With so many beautiful forgotten Haori in our country, we decided to share it with others who are interested in our culture or maybe simply want a unique piece of clothing in their daily lives.
